#shift is currently running a program that lets people grow in mental health while growing toward their Christian faith. This program is focused on helping people from every aspect in mental health and Christianity.

Voices of Change is #shift’s program that involves our 4 leaders, all of the volunteers, and anyone interested in our project. This program is a youth-led take a mental health and we all come together to form what is #shift.

Colton Bailey is the founder and executive director of The #shift Project and serves as President of its Board of Directors. A passionate youth advocate and community leader, Colton launched the project to bring awareness, support, and real action to teen mental health and suicide prevention.
Logan Richardson is currently serving as Vice President for The #shift Project and a dedicated advocate for youth-driven change. As the project’s former Volunteer Team Lead, Logan helped organize community outreach and supported some of the first teen-led mental health initiatives under the Collaborative.
Layla Thomas serves as a board member for The #shift Project, where she brings compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to youth mental health. With a background in volunteer coordination and community service, Layla was one of the first youth leaders to join the project and continues to be a driving force behind its mission
Charley Graham is a board member of The #shift Project, joining the team through a recommendation from Layla. Charley brings a thoughtful, enthusiastic voice to the board and is passionate about helping others feel heard, valued, and supported.
